Make time for World Brain Day 2024
5 Essential Educational Resources for World Brain Day 2024
Hey ladies! We all know how important it is to take care of our bodies—eating right, staying active, and prioritizing our well-being. But what about our brains? Often overlooked, our brain health is just as vital, if not more, to our overall wellness and quality of life.
Raising awareness about brain health is crucial because our brains are the command centers of our bodies. They control everything from our thoughts and emotions to our movements and senses. Just like we nourish our bodies with nutritious food and exercise, understanding how to maintain and support our brain's health is essential for long-term vitality.
Educating ourselves and others about brain health isn't just about preventing serious conditions like Alzheimer's or dementia (although that's important too!). It's also about enhancing our cognitive abilities, improving our focus and memory, and ensuring we can live our fullest lives at every stage.
To celebrate World Brain Day, let’s dive into our list of essential resources for educating ourselves on brain health:

Rachael and Maria created Remember Me Podcast to generate awareness of dementia, specifically FTD, and this passion project has grown to foster a community of connectedness and understanding where people feel seen and heard.
